Responsibilities:

  • Manage multi-channel advertising campaigns via marketing materials, including brochures, social media, phone calls, emails, SMS etc.
  • Responsible for acknowledging customers’ online requests and passing same to the logistics coordinator for fulfilment in record time.
  • Stay abreast of and share new insights on digital marketing trends to promote the company’s Brand.
  • Liaise with designers to build and maintain the company’s social media presence.
  • Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for the company’s products.

The Person:

  • Possess a good university/Polytechnic degree obtained at a minimum of Second Class (Lower division)/HND (Lower Credit) respectively.
  • Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end consumer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite and various social media applications.
  • Experience in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) outlet will be an advantage.
