AI PLATFORM SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Qualifications
·         Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline AND technical engineering experience

·         OR equivalent experience

·         Experience in end-to-end ML implementation, including data pre-processing, feature engineering, ML experimentation and ML operationalization

·         Proven experience providing technical leadership, drawing insights and communicating(both written and verbal) effectively with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
·         Familiarity with the Microsoft Azure cloud as well as technologies such as Azure

ML, Microsoft’s Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, or Azure Cognitive Search or similar experience with another cloud platform

·         Using Large Language Models and Generative AIto solve real-world problems

Responsibilities
Understand User Requirements
·         Identify deep insights from customer engagements and partner with the product group on using customer needs and insights to guide future product roadmap

Design

·         Participate in architecture design sessions and coding sprints working alongside ISE engineers and customer engineers to help them make good design decisions specifically around building good AI solutions, for example ML Ops. You will also partner closely with our data science team on customer engagements.

Coding

·         Be a hands-on software engineer where needed, so you’ll need to be able to write quality code. We often bring Data & AI depth expertise to the existing ISE industry engineering crew that has end-to-end ownership of the customer engagement.

·         Collaborate with other members of the team and the broader organization to strategically invest in building reusable assets and playbooks built from our customer experiences.
