Requirement

Relevant degree or diploma in engineering
Minimum 5 years of working experience in offshore/onshore oil and gas facilities
Project experience, of which 3 years minimum in positions involving project cost control, progress monitoring, and reporting.
Responsible for all aspects of project planning, scheduling, and reporting. He shall liaise with the various Project Engineers and Lead Engineers/Designers to prepare work schedules, monitor actual manhours and cost versus authorized manhours/cost, measure progress versus plan, and prepare progress reports.
Monitors all changes and their impact on approved manhours, costs, and schedule. Must be knowledgeable of the standard software program used in developing bar charts, CPM networks, S-Curve schedules, manpower histograms, etc.
