Job Summary:

Our client, a leading EPC company with over five decades of experience specializing in civil engineering and building projects seeks to hire an experienced and highly organized HR/General Manager – Operations to join their dynamic team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated professional, aged between 40 and 50 years, with at least 15 years of relevant experience across HR, Operations, and Administration. A background in construction is strongly preferred, as is demonstrated expertise in managing teams and driving operational efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

•             Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient and smooth execution of projects.

•             Lead the Human Resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management.

•             Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures to support company growth.

•             Manage administration functions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

•             Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR, administration, and operational functions to optimize performance and productivity.

•             Coordinate with department heads to align HR and operational strategies with organizational goals.

•             Ensure regulatory compliance in HR and operational practices.

•             Handle conflict resolution and maintain a positive work environment.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

 

•             Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.

•             Minimum of 15 years of experience in HR, Operations, and Administration, with a focus on the construction sector.

•             Proven leadership experience and a track record of managing cross-functional teams.

•             Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and best practices in operational management.

•             Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

•             Ability to work collaboratively and lead in a high-paced environment.

•             Female, married, aged between 40-50 years.

•             Strong understanding of the construction industry and relevant regulatory requirements.
